If you want to promote your events to the students in e-Learning, email the posters to administrator.


You are looking at the new e-Learning portal. Below are sets of instructions on how to login. Any inconvenience caused is much regretted.

Using new e-Learning (Click here to check if your department is involved)

For those students and lecturers who are in the department involved, kindly login using your new account.
If not please proceed to use the old e-Learning.


Forget about the nicknames that you have created in the old e-Learning. You need to use your student ID to login.
Your username would be your student ID but with lower case. Example: b123456
Your password would be similar to your username unless you have changed it. Example: b123456

Using old e-Learning (Check with your departmental coordinators)

You still can logon to the old e-Learning to access your notes and assignments.

Why two e-Learning portals?

  • New e-Learning
    • To facilitate automation of account and course creations.
    • To facilitate the course enrolment and course dropping for the students.
    • To provide better and updated services to students and lecturers.
    • To provide better management of the data and reporting.
  • Old e-Learning
    • To facilitate the courses that are still in active semesters.
    • Note that the old e-Learning will be completely shutdown once the courses in active semesters are completed.
